@elimelendez Hi I received the mouse two weeks ago. However, I found it doesn't work for SteelSeries's device managing software: SteelSeries Engine 3. The software stops working whenever the sensei wireless is plugged in (with wire or the wireless base). As a result, I cannot set the mouse buttons, lighting and DPI.
I tried three of my computers (2 PCs and 1 Mac) but the same problem happened. Also SteelSeries Engine 3 works perfectly for my RIVAL 700. So I think it's not the problem on my side. It seems that the mouse's firmware is out-of-date but unfortunately SteelSeries Engine is the only way to update the firmware.
Does anyone have the same issue as mine?
Thanks!
PanYI have not had the same issue. When I first used it with my mac I did have to update by plugging it in wired with the software and letting it update.
PanYI also have the 700, and wireless Sensei, and noticed that the Sensei sometimes doesn't work right with the Steel Series Engine, locks up, or just straight up doesn't load. Not quite sure why, and it sucks too because i find it to be quite a nice mouse.
