Does this come with ink/cartridge or do I have to buy it separately? Also which nib is a good recommendation for a newbie who likes low friction writing?

custom33The pens do not come with any ink, but they do come with converters so if you have ink you can fill with the converter. Personally I think the Fine and Medium steel nibs are good for someone new to fountain pens. If you feel like having a world class writing experience and want to go for gold it will be smoother, but that is a pretty serious expense for someone that isn't sure about how much they love fountain pens.

TactileTurnThanks. How durable is the Zirconium and polycarbonate combination with a titanium nib if dropped nib down and posted?

custom33They are quite light pens, but if the nib hits a hard floor from counter height it'll pretty much definitely do damage.
