You can have a english k-board with a Swedish/Nordic keycps sets.
There's a lot more ANSI keycaps sets on the internet than ISO keycaps sets, in Sweden we have 2 shops that sells ISO/Swedish/Nordic keycaps set.

I used an ANSI mac keyboard for over a year and still never got used to the little enter key - it would be like having a tiny space bar.
