MiraclesbyDesignIt allows you to swap the included light-charged glow pellet for a self-glowing tritium vial (not included or available in the US; you can order vials from the UK at http://edcgear.co.uk/). Tritium has a half-life of 12 years meaning the intensity of the glow halves every 12 years, but until it decays it glows constantly without any need to "charge". It is radioactive but safe (used in watches, exit signs etc).
In other words it lets you turn this TEC-T3 into a TEC-S323 given a tritium vial. The S323 is much smaller (while still housing the same vial) but doesn't come in titanium and sometimes bigger is in fact better!
