CyphreIt's not even that. The sizes on these things are insanely narrow. It's like hey, people with average head size don't exist. 59/15? come on

foureight84 Am i missing something? Industry standard seem to point to 72-75mm (lens + bridge) for standard sized glasses. For reference standard Ray Ban Aviators are 58-14, these are 59-15. Doesnt seem that narrow.

SCQTSThe carrera avaitors I have are 59-17. And a few raybands I've seen at Nordstrom are 59-17 also. Maybe I'm missing something. I've only started buying avaitors two years ago so I thought that this is standard. Coincidentally, I bought a pair of Tom Ford recently in 59-15 and they're extremely narrow. I may just have a large head.

foureight84hrmmm, was going to order some of these. May have to do a little looking first to make sure.
I think there are probably just so many large framed glasses trending now, that it makes something like this seem narrow. Guess i will find out, as i've got a freakishly large head

SCQTSI was at Costco today and decided to try their off the shelf prepackaged aviators for $25. It's freaking amazing. Perfect fit. The size is 61/16. The polarize anti reflective lens is really good quality. It's like my RayBans but 10x cheaper and twice lighter. They're as light as my Carerra aviators but the AR coating on this one is much better. I thought about this thread after trying it on and was thoroughly impressed.
