I got this issue too, but I tried one of suggestion above and it worked for me. 1) Off all Bluetooth devices to prevent them from pairing to the buds. 2) Take the both buds out of their case (LEDs should be flashing between red and blue). Hold on to the power button on both buds until they are off-ed (LED stops flashing.) 3) Let go of the power button. Wait 2 secs, re-press the power button for 20secs (Ps. You have to count approximately 20secs, no less. LED should be flashing alternatively between red and blue, then flashes purple, and for the last few seconds goes completely off). 4) Place the buds back into the case. 5) Go to your device that you wish to pair from (ie. Phone..etc), unpair the TFZ-X1 from the settings page and clear the buds from paired devices. 6) Take the buds out from their case and wait for them to sync automatically. 7) Search and pair with desired device
