I've used my TiKEY for over a year now and it's awesome! I bought thes screws on eBay, they're the same screws but made from stainles and will never break even when I use blue lock tight to keep the adjustment just the way I like it. You can get them in different colors and sizes. I used the 3/4" and have a Large Carkey and 7 other keys plus a lanyard and one of Brad's multi tool WTF's on it. 1/2" is Gould for 5 keys or so, but even with all that on my TIKeY it sit in my pocket and doesn't bother me at all.
