Nothing worked, main time setting knob was loose. Looked pretty, but nothing else. Very disappointed. Don't know what customer service will do. Awaiting reply.

KSWDDSThats sad news ,, Drop will see you right as I had the same with a CCCP and they sorted it , yes it took a while , about 3 months ( Thanks plandenic ! ) but they were on to it ,, have patience my friend

beanerds2Drop customer service took awhile, but they took care of me; full refund. It's a shame that the watch was a dog, but I can't complain about the Drop service and support. Thank you Drop!!

KSWDDSSame here ,the CCCP was a piece of dog shi! but they seen me right as well , I wonder why your Timex arrived like it did ? ,, they are like Casio , manufacture 100.s of thousands a month and their QC is usually pretty good , but a ,, great outcome and thanks for mentioning it ,,, some would just bag the brand without a 2nd thought .
