I went to Nordstrom site and they had most models of this watch, but with fabric straps. I ordered this one 8 days ago for $297. I got an emailed invoice, but no clue when it’s supposed to be shipped. I called, they said it takes at least 10 days in their warehouse to prepare to ship. Had the option to cancel, but decided I’d wait for it. The reviews on the Powermatic ETA movement are pretty good. It’s based on the ETA 2824-2. Same footprint. Slowed down from 28,800 BPH to 21,600 to help provide the additional reserve. Supposedly there’s a module for that movement that makes it COSC accurate. Don’t care about bracelets, so I think it’s still a good deal.
