After some testing, I may have a new favorite EDC pen. The Mont Blanc refill is excellent, on par with the Hi-Tec-C but smoother. It does have a slightly stronger line, more like a 0.7mm pencil. This might not be as ideal for drafters, but for those doing writing it's more legible than the smaller Hi-Tec-Cs. Also, there's no priming necessary.
This pen's svelte profile makes it perfect for smaller pockets, like those in suit coats. It's a keeper.
