I bought this but haven't been able to get audio to my headphones...here's my system: Wiim Pro Plus optical to Schitt Modi 3 RCA output to Topping A9D RCA input. I choose the selector for RCA and the proper headphone output and...bupkiss! nothing at all. Is there something I'm overlooking? As a newbie to this hobby, I realize I have much to learn. Thank you.

Sorry, but I think the handoff from the optical to RCA. If you can, connect the Modi to your PC via USB and see if you get some signal to the 'phones.

Besides the actual plug itself US/EU. Are there 2 different models one that is 50hz 110v and the other 60hz 220v? Because if not I could just buy the American version and change the power cable the cost me less than $10.
