and the dimensions. why drop cant seem to figure out the most basic of advertising principals after all these years is beyond me. this is a device that will most likely sit on a desktop or with a stack of other gear and knowing the dimensions can be make or break for many. desktop space is precious real estate, knowing what size it is is important and takes 5 seconds to include. is this thing 2" across or 24" across? who knows! at least the price is actually cheaper here than amazon by a good amount (rare these days) so those who have to search for this to find the most basic of answers dont immediately buy from amazon instead of here.
From Topping's own webpage it shows these RMS. This has more than enough power for all but the most demanding headphones.
1800mW x 2 @ 32Ω
1000mW x 2 @ 64Ω
250mW x 2 @ 300Ω
TormSince the specs for the XLR4 output are identical to the 6.35mm outlet, safe to assume this is a single ended amp with the XLR4 connector for convenience only, and not a balanced amp?
chris.harshmanThe DAC :
The unit offers a fully balanced line level output plus single ended line level and headphone outputs.
The AMP :
The headphone amplifier is single-ended and the 4-pin XLR is for convenience only to accommodate headphones with balanced cables.
Cross you heart and hope to die, does this truly pass MQA? Something my DX3 PRO+ doesn't do, Is the digital display still orange or maybe a more subdued blue or green, nice to see resolution as part of the display. The multi-pin connector on the front panel is a nice touch.
I have this and can confirm it does support hardware MQA decoding. The display is white leaning towards the cooler side so a bit blue. If you have any other questions feel free to let me know.

The amp output impedance is <0.1Ω. The 50Ω listed is for the DAC, so would only really matter if you were using this as a DAC only. Edit: I uploaded a photo of the manufacturer specifications.
