DoctorXIt would be nice to know how many units they've sold vs how many have needed customer support. Otherwise we don't know how many folks got their devices and lived happily ever after. I'm hoping they've ironed out any key switch and firmware issues by now. I've bought 6 other ergonomic devices in my life from different companies (including one for a keyless keyboard) and have never had to ask customer support for help on something that was broken.
Hi I'm new to Drop and i just received my Keyboard i have been waiting for months for by Drop x MTN Dew x Borderlands movie and didn't know if there was a software like Logitech's for the keyboards. if anyone could help please let me know
