Well, That certainly leaves a nasty taste in my mouth. What kind of interest do you think they made holding our collective thousands of dollars for weeks? I don't think that was the original motivation, but I do think they have more experience handling large orders than almost any other organization and I doubt this was handled with the care and attention they expect of themselves. I also doubt they have done enough to make us the customer satisfied over this misdeed; I know I am not.

RollzI'm on the same page as you. Very unsettling. If they had done this with my sennheiser hd650s I would never buy here again. A 10 dollar coupon is not enough. The money they made off holding our money is so much greater than that.
