I just got my Matias V60! The tactility of the switches is very nice. Certainly more pronounced than MX Clears. These Matias switches are kind of how I imagined Clears feeling before I tried them. One thing I didn't expect was that the throw of the switch seems shorter than MX. That isn't a bad thing, just takes a little getting used to.
When I unboxed it, the board itself didn't sit flat on the desk - there was very pronounced wobble. I gave it a gentle twerk and that seems to have resolved most of it. Another thing I noticed while trying to level out the case was that all the mounting screws for this board are underneath the case. There are no screws that go through the plate/PCB to secure it. So, if you were to swap out the stock V60 case, you'd have no access holes to screw it into the new case with. The holes are in the PCB, but are not punched out in the plate. I suppose you could punch them out if you were so inclined.

Inanishuh. This is really interesting Inanis, thanks! I'm in Canada so I won't receive mine for a while yet, and I cannot wait. You say it was level...do you mean it was a little warped? That wouldn't be cool. Also, the screws are something of a surprise! I wonder how much tinkering I'll have to do if I switch out the base.
SevenTalesYeah, the case is pretty warped. Even after I straightened it out, it didn't last long before it started wobbling again. It is pretty bad actually. Since I know there is no way for me to mount it to a different case without punching out the holes in the plate, it is particularly dissapointing. I have a spare TEX case that I could use if it wasn't for the mount points. I'm going to try and straighten it out again tomorrow, but I'm not sure I'll be successful.
