tejasContact support and see if you can return it, or see if you can sell it on a number of various forums (eg: http://www.reddit.com/r/MechMarket, https://geekhack.org/index.php?board=59.0, etc). Alternately, you can upgrade your Vista OS to something more modern, such as Windows 7, and enjoy the keyboard and maybe a better OS experience.

tejasThe board is fully Windows compatible. It doesn't care what flavor of Windows you have (provided it has basic USB support). If you can't get it working in Vista then something is probably wrong with your driver stack. I've had mine working in Win XP, 7, and 8.1 without so much as a hiccup.
