Well,
taste is something that can't be discussed. Nothing wrong for me with the font, but to each their own.
Massdrop, you're killing my purse, i had in mind to resolder a keyboard with greys on my own, but now i can save the 80 bucks for the switches and the time for desoldering and soldering.
For this reason i can forgive the 37 bucks for shipping to germany, but i still can get no clue how you calculate your shipping costs, which is sad and doesn't feel good either.
Cheers
MakamiWe put the box on a scale, then get a quote from Fedex, UPS, or USPS and choose the one that makes the most sense.

AndrewLekashmanTy for your answer Andrew.

Both keyboards are on sale right now on Massdrop, both are about the same size, weight and plate mounted.
The poker is $29.48 shipping, the v60 mini is $15.74 shipping to germany.
I'm still a little bit confused.

MakamiGreybro! It is impressive that they have the less common switches on this thing, but I already purchased my greys to go on the Infinity, so I think I'll let this one pass. Apart from the switch variety this thing isn't that special, as far as I can tell.

asdflordThat's the way i had in mind with the Infinity too. But i'm not a 60% guy, i prefer tkl, and to be honest i'm lazy, and having the keyboard assembled with greys is a plus for me. Besides, a batch of grey switches would have cost me additional ~ 80 bucks with shipping and customs. I've chosen the dye-subs which will go on my white keycool 87 and this board will be granite, so i'm fine.
A word on special, i've had so many keyboards under my hands the last year, it seems to become special to get a reliable keyboard in the long run. Two weeks ago i've had the corsair k65rgb on my desk, trying for one week to get the keyboard working as intented with corsair support. Finally we decided to cancel the deal, and i got my money back.
Sometimes i've the feeling the growing popularity of mechas isn't that good qualitywise.

MakamiThat is because his answer is not true, it is trite bullshit.
Answers from support when I was asking about the infinity keyboard shipping,
"Our shipping costs for this drop are unusual because there are so many components involved - the switches, keycaps, plates, and circuit boards all must be packaged separately, then later repackaged for shipment. In many senses, this drop operates like four in on. " (sp)
Removing items from the drop - ie no caps or switches left pricing the same, thus the answer is not really all that honest. The first response was due to volume, but that was not true as well as the volume was already higher then the code was ever going to be.
This meant shipping costs to Australia were $36.85. The cost of the full size code key board was $26.80.
Matias full size - the drop running right now - $26.80, $10.05 less for some reason.
Shipping is a crap shoot, early days it cost ~ $23 to ship a TKL, and so the $26.80 for a full size is reasonable. This is either some inefficiency in the system that has come as a result of increasing in size, or it is just gouging international customers.

AdrianTy for your answer.
Out of curiosity, how much shipping americans have to pay?
Andrew, if you charge this superior shipping costs, do you offer a tracking number by now? And the most important question for me, have you "fixed" your international shipping: Placing a proper invoice on the outside of the package. I'm tired of driving to the customs office to get my goods and pay my tax there for every MD deal, if this could be done at my door directly with the postman.
