An ETA 7750 for $300 is a great value. The question is whether to roll the dice with no warranty. I recently bought a Victorinox with an ETA 2824-2 for $200 and I love the quality and it runs great. A Chrono for only $100 more is really amazing. I can't recall seeing any 7750-based watch priced this low.

PetrosDAgree. this is even priced lower than the Glycine combat sub. on the Bay, I can see the watches priced $562 and more BNIB too. But having seen comments from previous drops, I know that once warranty is not mentioned on the specs page, do not expect any. That said, 7750 us a well known movement and service should not be an issue. Time to roll the dice?

thongWell when I first posted that, one watch had been purchased. 11 minutes later, 6 have been purchased. Lots of dice rolling, and I think it's justified. This is an incredible value, provided you like the watch design (after all, on the wrist we're looking at the watch and not the movement).
