This is a very good knife. Very sharp, keeps its edge well, well balanced and light. The price for the performance is also well ahead of most others. It doesnt look look particularly fancy, but if you are looking for an excellent cooking tool, this is a good cook's knife. Note the 10 inch size, while I like it, is larger than many are used to and this knife should be equally functional at the 8 inch size.
