I like that they're selling a not-hotswap board like it's a fancy thing.
The ability to easily swap switches is usually a selling point
and maybe since it's a kit, have some photos of it without the stock keycaps on it?

whomad1215Some of the more "in-deep" people have really figured out their switch + plate preferences and like soldered boards over hotswap.
Soldering is pretty meditative if you got a good setup going, could just be the lead in the solder talking though.
