Can anyone say anything about this nonstick surface? Never heard of Eterna. Is it toxic like teflon or nah? I have never used a nonstick pan that didn't start to peel and flake away. Only being safe up to 500 degrees seems like a concern as well.

BobbitsAfter a few weeks of use the non-stick coating is holding up very well. You can fry an egg without any oil or grease (but why would you do that :) ). Also, 500 degrees F in an oven is way hot, I wouldn't worry about that. If for some reason you need it hotter then use a regular stainless or other pan.
