Got my shoes. Would love them... but the shoes I based my size on weren't true to size, so mine are too small :-(
I seem to do this _every_ time I buy shoes online... maybe I'll get it right next time!
Until then, what's the process for an exchange? I'm awaiting contact for transaction support, but I think I recall having seen a mention of specifics for an exchange at some point in an email? I couldn't find it in the comments. Anyone know off the top of their head?
