Grrrr....anyone else having problems with FedEx? Picked up on the 17th. Estimated delivery is now the 30th. I'll grant the time of year, but still...

And then there's this: https://www.forbes.com/sites/richardkestenbaum/2019/12/18/amazon-blocked-sellers-from-using-fedex-and-now-we-know-why/#54dfee252da1 I can buy 4 days from PA to Arkansas...if we can read those "in transit" notes as scans at various routing points. But it's less than 7 hours from Jenette to Dallas, according to Google. And then what...where was it in Dallas, if not at the SmartPost location...for 3 days? (Christmas, it wasn't going anywhere, obviously.) And then, what's it doing now??? This is poor performance from FedEx. Which, IMO, makes it a problem for Drop, here in the US...because that's all they use.

CraigLewisARGH. Now add injury to insult...I ordered 3...got 2. Support contacted, we'll see how it goes. Less than amused right now.

CraigLewisUpdate. Sent a more complete report to Support this morning. Heard back this afternoon. The 3rd strap is gonna be shipped to me. Can't argue with that. MUCH happier today.
