We've been having regular sync ups with Woodlore on the shipping schedule for the XL Epic Shoetree. Unfortunately, the backlog at the port is still rather chaotic, as a result it's been very difficult to estimate the expected ship date for the remaining order.
Woodlore is doing everything they can to expedite the process wherever possible. We understand the unexpected delay for the order is rather undesirable. If you prefer not to wait and would like to cancel your order instead, please contact Massdrop Support and we'll take care of your request right away.
