My buddy gave me a q500 supposedly refurbished and it was a piece of junk. The hot shoe for the camera was damaged and never repaired by them when it did finally make contact the bird bust into flames with smoke pouring out of it. He then sent me a new one with the nice roll around metal cabinet. That one flew well but it has not been without it's problems, one being flying away by itself and smashing into my roof, ripping off the camera punching holes in the bottom and taking out all the props.
