RayFHere's the thing. Before I got "super heavy" into watches and mechanical movements and technical mumbo jumbo, I really dug buying cheap watches with a strong design aesthetic--gimmicky jump hour watches or those insane Tokyo Flash impossible-to-read Bladerunner watches and stuff. And even as a snob I still have a ton of respect for any microbrand that's willing to push the envelope and not just make the world's 10,000th Submariner copy.
That said, this watch doesn't do it for me because the design is a bit ham-fisted/unrefined, and I'm personally not a fan of that plastic disc from a build perspective.
