I actually can't recommend this enough. I've tried just about every wine preservation system out there and this one, though a little bit pricy will preserve wine much longer then you'd think possible.

winexprtits very different actually. with VacuVin you are manually sucking the air out and so you are at the mercy of your stopper - also VacuVin is removing aromatics where ZOS isn't. The ZOS system is activity removing oxygen from the bottle and as such preserves much longer.

GES11Thonestly I’m not sure what the process is - there is a cartridge that adsorbs oxygen which is a consumable and LED’s that let you know if the cartridges are good or not - my guess is that some electricity is needed for the cartridge to work - it’s not a mechanical process but a chemical one that adsorbs the oxygen in the bottle.
