Hey DKC, as much as I hope you all are enjoying the membership and want to stick around for another year, I also understand that for a variety of reasons some people want to unsubscribe and not renew the membership—and that's fine! Historically this has been done by clicking "Cancel Subscription" on the Keyboard Club transaction found in one's Transaction history. This can be tricky to find, especially if you have a lot of transactions to sift through, so we've added a cancellation button to the Keyboard Club Member page. Navigate to the Keyboard Club Member page by hovering over (desktop) or clicking on (mobile) your profile photo, then click Keyboard Club about halfway down the list. This is the page where you can view your current and past DKC coupons, as well as cancel your membership renewal. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, below your DKC Discount History. My last 8 monthly discounts have been the minimum $30. Anyone else want to weigh in with similar experience? My membership is up this month, contemplating if im going to bother renewing.

I have a $30 voucher I wanted to use on a $50 keycap, I was expecting the price I would pay would be $20 but I only got less $15 from it by using the $30 voucher. Is this correct? I do not see this in any FAQs regarding the voucher.

This is the Cyanlet Keeb Key I purchased. The purple layer had a ton of spillover into the Cyan regions of the cap, looks pretty sloppy IMO. I get that it's a ten dollar cap, but this still didn't feel great... already opened a ticket for it to see what they can do to help given this is supposed to be a limited production run.

Anyone else not able to use DKC rewards on special promotions like the DCX BOGO?

Hey DKC! If you don't know biip, they are a seasoned designer, and as highly decorated as they come in the keycap design world. They're responsible for the gorgeous MT3 Extended 2048 set with Drop, along with many other top-tier sets you've seen around (including Milkshake and Dots - two of my all-time faves). As part of the launch of their upcoming keycap set, MT3 Operator, they've agreed to a brief interview with us to help kick things off. Hi everyone! We are currently putting our efforts into a fairly wide range of benefits for DKC members - some more robust and feature-rich than others, some more appealing to y'all than others. As we are thinking of which aspects would be the best to focus on and really make the program as a whole the best that it can be, we are coming to the best judges for help - you! Unsure if this has been mentioned before but if it has, all the more offensive that it has not changed. I understand that the DKC discount becomes a percentile when below 100$ however this tag underneath a purchase is just a lie when on a product below 100$ and should be either changed or honored. This tag is what interested me into purchasing the membership and while I do enjoy the perk of getting this discount I do feel entirely mislead.

So, in the past, I've been kind of harsh on the keyboard club, not feeling like it was living up what it promised, but I have to say, in the past 3-4 months, my views on it have really changed. To the degree that I want to sign back up. (I had cancelled my plan, which is set to expire in March) So this is me, waving my money like Fry, asking how I can renew for a 2nd year?
