gotta praise you for getting people to see the world through this ‘frame of mind’; it is true a lot of people are on ‘autopilot’ and in ‘fear based reality’ and that stuff can be toxic to us when prolonged. Your humour and shared mirth and joy is one of the pillars of a healthy community; so thankyou for raising the vibe.. Now that I have been ‘led to water’, may consider a drink.. I look forward to— Hogwarts Legacy (game) and other UE5 titles generally, giving large open world gaming at a level previously unseen (even by ninja PCs).. Forsaken looks like an overpowered shooter in a few clips I have seen, so perhaps Hogwarts will capture something special in terms of being a wizard in the 19th century.. Outside of escapist pursuits (gaming and entertainment); I ‘d love if I would finally pack away my fears and actually tackle the world ‘head on’ and get engaged in discussions with leaders and loved ones about the path forward for sentient beings. This is one of the first times in (human) history (that we are aware of), where a chance for a unity between all, on a massive scale, might come about. Everyone is talking about a window opportunity for a great reset, and it makes sense- technology puts us in a position to ‘do things’ previously unthought of. Kind of seems mad to keep trying to live in a world stemming from an industrial revolution and a ‘push money uphill’ model... In a world where we could live in peace and harmony, military budgets alone could end ALL WORLD SUFFERING. Of course we need a sense of justice to hold the fabric together, so we need judicious use of resources in a ‘pro humanity/pro globe’ way with a unification of the powers that be, to serve people and not profit a few corporations. I only say this as it is impossible, in the present model, for widespread knowledge sharing (patents are profitable) and that we are holding ourselves back due to the notion that ‘more numbers in the bank of the megarich’ will somehow improve their lives (of course it doesn’t); beyond a certain point we cannot buy a better hamburger, or even, arguably a ‘better TV’. When we see the community efforts, in pockets all around the internet (eg this forum), we realise that people flourish when given a chance to shine.. Lets see ‘better’ in our neighbours and ‘lose the fear’ towards individuals who are just trying to get by... Maybe buy them ‘a better hamburger’ if they can’t afford one? (abstract post to encourage distraction towards ‘dreaming about year ahead/tomorrow) Thanks for the thread! (you brilliant star!!)

Whitedragem < > ... I'm blushing! and brushing, up on your content and wondering how I missed out, thanks very much Rene ;-)
🥳 Happy New Year!!! 🎊 What are you looking forward to in 2022?
Thanks! Fall was a bit hard since I wasn’t watching clocks or following a schedule… once the sun was down, I totally lost track of time and often stayed up late. That would cause me to sleep in, missing more daylight, and not be tired to stay up even later than before. I wasn’t ever sure if I should have caught up on some productivity I had slept through, or try to go to bed before I was tired… so I ended up awake in bed a lot. But now! New purpose! More daylight! Plans! Humor? I sincerely hope survival is easy enough for you to achieve. I enjoy your posts (obviously I’m subscribed to you!).

Evshrug Same here, my friend. I find your eclectic tastes and interests to be a fine reflection of the intellect driving them. I too have an incurable case of insatiable curiosity ;-) Only God knows what I'll be into next lol. I really admire the gusto with which you approach those interests, meaning when you do something you give it your best. Gotta love that, from one perfectionist to another.
