The other thing that makes DSA and SA different from other keycap types like OEM or Cherry Profile is that most other profiles are cylindrical, meaning the indentation on the keycap is, well, cylindrical. It's higher on the sides and lower in the center and on the top and bottom. DSA and SA are spherical though, so they're highest at all the corners and have a spherical indentation that's lowest in the center of the key.
Some people prefer the sculpt and the height of SA caps (I know I do), while others like DSA due to the lower keys and uniform profile (I don't, mainly because it feels like I'm typing on my laptop). It's really all personal preference though. Other than that SP SA sets are mostly high quality, double-shot, thick ABS which feels fantastic to type on. Recently they've made a couple sets (Ice Cap and Industrial) available on PMK that are dye-sub PBT in a uniform, row 3 SA profile. I haven't used those though so I can't comment on their feel or quality.
Hope this helps.
