Are the stabs this keyboard use plate mounted or pcb mounted?

They are plate mounted, but they feel fine. No rattle, good solid feeling overall. I was surprised honestly as I was expecting this whole board to be more of a novelty than anything else. Instead it's an entirely decent typing experience.

From the layered picture it looks like they are possibly plate mounted which is sad 😞
