mass_seanI'd say the important thing is not the work, it's the heat source! A cheap carbon steel wok from any Asian store, once seasoned, will do very well, provided the flame under it is strong enough.

KlikitiklakI'll make sure to keep that in mind while shopping. I am using a modern gas range in my kitchen which I believe is doing the job.
