How long is the stem/pole of these two switches? I don't see that information on the specs :<

I just put together my keyboard and noticed that one key, the F12 key, remains constantly lit up with green light despite whatever I do. I even turned the lighting off and it stays lit green. Is there any reason why this is happening (or what possible solutions might exist for this issue)?
