This is my home setup, on a 100+ year old architecture table I restored last year. The peruvian alpaca toy is named "Potato" and is very lucky. I switch out keyboards and deskmats weekly, but this week, I'm rocking my new ikki68 Aurora + Camping board.
Ooooooh. This is the first I'm seeing a glimpse of this setup, and I love it! :O Warm and inviting tones overall, and the color matching between that green monitor stand (what is it, btw?) and the yellow desk mat :chefkiss:
Can't not mention the table too - that's a gorgeous table that you're putting to great use. Thanks for sharing!
HoffmanMysterThe monitor stand was a 1950's era industrial desk element that I took from the office of a failed newspaper. I have a lot of contacts in the print world, and when cool places shut down, I'll sometimes get a call to come harvest well-built equipment of yesteryear. I painted the desk side rails green and then this stand to match them.
storyboardtechThe stand is mid-century perfection, I'm not surprised to hear that it's authentic to the era. Only downside is that means I can't find one now! Haha. I might just resort to painting something in a similar color, for some reason that never occurred to me. I've always been stuck on a wood aesthetic.
