goldfixeSoft boiled egg, gai lan, fish sauce, red chili paste. As a garnish add fried shallots and garlic (vietnamese out of the plastic containers). You can also add green onions and cilantro. That is my go-to ramen.

goldfixeGrilled pork (marinated overnight), egg, cucumbers, fish sauce, sugar cane vinegar (Datu Puti), Lao Gan Ma fried chili oil, Szechuan chili oil (I make a batch every other week but you can buy it too), Ultra Death sauce (I like it a little spicy). Fried garlic and shallots (as cs85b03 said, from plastic containers from an Asian store), chopped green onion for brightness.
