Soft boiled egg, gai lan, fish sauce, red chili paste. As a garnish add fried shallots and garlic (vietnamese out of the plastic containers). You can also add green onions and cilantro. That is my go-to ramen.

Grilled pork (marinated overnight), egg, cucumbers, fish sauce, sugar cane vinegar (Datu Puti), Lao Gan Ma fried chili oil, Szechuan chili oil (I make a batch every other week but you can buy it too), Ultra Death sauce (I like it a little spicy). Fried garlic and shallots (as cs85b03 said, from plastic containers from an Asian store), chopped green onion for brightness.

Saying Farewell to the Style Community
Hi everyone, It’s been a long winding road with its fair share of ups and downs, but as of July 1st, we will be closing up shop in the Style community. This is part of an ongoing effort to focus on the communities we feel we can make the biggest impact on for our members.  Style has been through a number of shake-ups and name changes over the years, but at its core has always been a strong and passionate community. Possessed of equally strong opinions and the occasional fiery temper to be sure, but full of good people of all tastes nonetheless.  There have been some real highlights and it was an absolute pleasure to have the opportunity to work with some of the best in the business. To be reminded that sometimes, the old ways are the best ways. To admire the skill of modern masters and rediscover the value in handcrafted goods. To learn and know more about the impact of your purchase. Where it comes from, how it’s made, and what it costs.  The Style community reminded us that...

Saying Farewell to the Writing Community
We have an update for everyone, Not the best news today, but not unexpected for most. On July 1st we will be closing down the Talk section of the Writing community. This is part of an ongoing effort to focus our available resources on the communities we feel we can make the biggest impact on for our members.  Writing first landed on the site back in 2014 and from the first day was one of the most focused and passionate communities on the site. Not every day since has been smooth sailing, but it has certainly been a pleasure getting to know a great many of you over the years and it has been one of the most educational experiences for all of us who have spent any amount of time in this community.  As a generation who has spent more time with a keyboard than with a pen, it was the people here who taught us that handwriting can still be a pleasure in life. That not all pens come in a pack of 50 or get thrown away as soon as they fail to produce a stroke. Some pens are in fact made...

Anyone else interested in a work clothes community?
Stuff like steel toe work boots, high quality work gloves, work pants, shirts and jackets. I'm not sure how low someone like carhartt would go but there has to be other good brands willing to work with massdrop.

Gaming level laptops
Why don't we actually get massdrop to offer gaming level laptops for sale? I personally have the new HP Notebook with an AMD A8-7410 processor that has 6GB of RAM and a pretty impressive architecture. I can run Supreme Commander at it's highest settings, 80% load at about 45-60FPS. On the flipside though I've found that Space Engineers whilst being optimized recently to vastly improve framerate due to being able to skip atmos calculations now with the option to disable airtightness does suffer from extremely long load and compute times on this machine. I love this machine to death and while it isn't the level of machine I would be talking about offering, it's a good one just to use for an example. No, the ones I'd be looking at massdropping would be models with maybe 8-10 or even 12 GB of RAM and most likely high-end APUs or CPU/GPU combinations with nice specs across the board in order for people to at least get their hands on these machines and try them out to write reviews...
