Recommenations for a compact center channel

more_vert
Hey guys, Been upgrading the surround in my living room and went with a pair of rp-600m for front, rp-500m for back, and a 504c for center. Wife saw the size of the 504c and nearly threw me out (lol). We were using Bose surround prior but wasn't doing the space justice. Anyone got any ideas what a good compact center channel woudl be to check out?

Center does so much, I would try a compromise, of sorts,, a fitted or designed-in "form & function"...

To maintain coherent pans from left to right you really should stick to the same line for the left, right and center channels. At the least you should select one from the same manufacturer. Honestly if the choice was a non-matched center or running a phantom center (center set to none in AVR and data routed to L/R speakers) I would choose the phantom assuming those Klipsch image well.

The Micca RB42-C is pretty compact: Dimensions: 5.2” (H) x 14.8” (W) x 8.3” (D).
