How do you get warranty support? Sennheiser does not list them as a model selection when going through their support request site... I LOVE these headphones. Unfortunately mine are “off”. I’m not sure what is causing the audio issues because my son was using them for several weeks and they’ve not been the same since. I love them so much that I immediately ordered another pair that hopefully will get here around the end of June but in the meantime I need to get these sent back to Sennheiser. Help!

Drop might help, but also all Sennheiser gaming products were moved to EPOS Gaming. If you look at Sennheiser’s support/contact page, near the top of the page, there’s a link to go to EPOS’ support.

I had an issue with mine and called Sennheiser. They said that Drop handles all the warranty with these because they have all the inventory. Contact Drop through support ticket. Mine did take 10 full days to get back to.

I meant to circle back to this. I did as pell suggested and, though there was a delay, when support at Drop did reach out they were efficient and very helpful. Probably in the Top 5 of my customer service experiences to date. It's very good to know that Drop stands behind their products/collabs.
