How do you get warranty support? Sennheiser does not list them as a model selection when going through their support request site... I LOVE these headphones. Unfortunately mine are “off”. I’m not sure what is causing the audio issues because my son was using them for several weeks and they’ve not been the same since. I love them so much that I immediately ordered another pair that hopefully will get here around the end of June but in the meantime I need to get these sent back to Sennheiser. Help!
