Anybody else having disconnect issues unless using a powered USB hub or turning the LED's off? Always happens when the computer is going to sleep and the device manager will force the keyboard USB into power saving.

Don't have an answer, but have you by chance used a custom cable with your powered USB hub? I'm trying to determine if using one of those would fix the dim light issue with any cable other than the stock one.

My ALT disconnects randomly during normal use. Very irritating. I really like the keyboard when it works. Considering returning it.

What’s the QMK link? I’m unable to program with VIA and when I did end up programming it through VIA it didn’t always work right and sometimes not at all so I’d like to try through QMK to see if it makes a difference
