I was an early customer, I've bought hundreds of items and spent nearly $10,000 on outdoor gear, knives, EDC, and flashlights. It was always great to see new products and cool stuff in the different categories I didn't find elsewhere. I never once cared about shipping delays or time to get the thing as it was far more about exploring these different categories and finding new awesome and quality stuff. This change frankly pisses me off, I've wondered for a while why your emails only have mechanical keyboards and audiophile stuff in it these days. I thought I screwed up my community subscriptions somehow. I had no idea you turned your back on the communities that interested me. I would have been perfectly content spending my usual $100+ a month on my next cool flashlight or knife but now I won't give you another penny. Ever. I feel terrible for the small brands that found a champion for their sales that wasn't Bezos level greedy. I loved most of all finding these little niches and will continue to seek them out without you. You chose to be greedy, alienating your customer base, and loyal brands in the process. I feel bad for the many employees you likely shit on with this decision too. Buh-bye.
