How do I build my first mechanical keyboard?
I would like to build a keyboard. I honestly do not know the first thing about how to start to do it.

Check out https://keyboard.university. Note that it's sponsored by a company that sells parts (and uses the stuff they sell in all of their illustrations), but it's still a good introduction to all the parts and how they fit together, and what's involved in constructing one.

Game boy Inspired custom key board.
This is a new board I just built. I millmaxed the pcb, pe foam modded and added poron foam to the bottom of the case. Used NK box cream switches and used a dmg clone set 🥲. ( I’m in gmk dmg r3) but that could be over a year till it’s ready. I also added the game boy logo to the board. I think it turned out fantastic. Lmk what you think? BOTTOM ROW+CAPS/CTRL: L+F JWK Twilights. TAB/ESC+ENTER: Lubed Kailh BOX Jades. SHIFTS+Fn↑: L+F Tecsee Blue Velvet PME Linear. BACKSPACE: L+F Momoka Frog V2's (swapped w/ 70g INK spring). Built w/ Epsi-modded Everglide V2 Smokey stabs, switch foams, Kelowna MDI films, Linears lubed with 2:1 205g0/3203 blend, tactiles w/ 3203. MT3 WoB all around, soon to have a couple other MT3 set accents.
