Are we ever gonna get a fix for the drop alt and ctrl every time I restart my computer I have to unplug it and plug it back in I've reflashed and tried everything I can think of and have seen others having the same problem also worried the port will get worn out eventually and break paid good money for this thing.
I have had the drop CTRL keyboard for approx 2 years. While it has been working without any issues, some of te switches have stopped working. I have checked the pcb and ensured the switch sockets are well connected. Also used a switch tester application and tested each of the sockets to see if they were recongnised, approx 4 were not detected. Can you please advise. I need a working keyboard for my work, what can i do ? Thanks
Hey everybody! Thank you for purchasing your Drop ENTR Mechanical Keyboard. As the ENTR Mechanical Keyboard is an entry-level keyboard, it does not feature the same degree of customization as the ALT, CTRL, or SHIFT keyboards - therefore we will only cover the "basics" here. THE BASICS - Default Hot Keys LED Control (ENTR LEDs are white-only) Fn + Up Arrow: Increase LED Brightness Fn + Down Arrow: Decrease LED Brightness Note that while the keyboard should work out of the box with macOS, Windows, and Linux-based operating systems, Fn hotkeys may work with Windows operating system only. System Control Fn + F4: Display Options Fn + F8: Task View Fn + F9: Launch This PC Folder Fn + F10: Launch Calculator Fn + F11: Launch Outlook Fn + F12: Display Desktop Fn + Windows: Windows Key Lock Media Keys Fn + F1: Mute Fn + F2: Volume Down Fn + F3: Volume...
I recently picked up a CTRL keyboard. I am noticing that when I play video games, the spacebar can be unresponsive. Since my thumb rests farther to the left of the spacebar, I'm generally pressing on the left side away from the switch. It's almost like the switch is acting as a fulcrum. Does anybody have recommendations on how to reinforce the spacebar so it gives the same response no matter where on the bar I'm pressing?
