"Under Federal rules administered by TTB, it depends on how you use the still. You may not produce alcohol with these stills unless you qualify as a distilled spirits plant. However, owning a small still and using it for other purposes is allowed."
Seems like it's allowed as long as you have no intention of selling it, but personal/family use is allowed. It is still illegal in dry counties and some state laws prevent it to some extent.
I'm also concerned with the legality of this one, though I will do my best if someone can show me proof that selling something like this is legal in the United States.
What is the legality of owning these in the US? My understanding is stills are "registered" to your house and you can be inspected if you have the proper licensure.
