For home use this list should have a doserless macap or mazzer.
Sette would be the one where I can see a drop being worthwhile. That is about at the pricing knee where you're going to pay a lot more to do better. The other choices either don't do espresso that well or are compromised when used in the home environment. I have a Compak K10 and Baratza Vario I use for drip coffee at home. One grinder to do both doesn't really work out well in practice since adjustments for espresso can be a matter of fine tuning. Change the setting for drip coffee and you've just blown it up. Try to put it back and your next couple espresso shots will be a roll of the dice. I don't like to waste coffee and time doing that.
There are several hand grinders with burrs large enough to grind quickly and at the espresso range that cost far less than any of these.

Goal of the poll is to agree on a grinder which can be dropped at a significant discount and do entry-mid level espresso grinds as well as drip coffee grinds.
