Check these charts (specifically, the red ones, as they are from AMD). They make it much easier to see why the 1500X, 1600X, and 1700 are worth skipping.

Tom’s hardware is obviously biased. The 1800x is NOT $500 it’s $350. The site’s gone to shit ever since Tom sold it.
