DaliborFarny is way backlogged. I'm making one right now, having success with threeneurons power supply, 10 in-12 tubes for $10 dollars off ebay and you can usually get the 74141/k155id from ebay (albeit from somewhere near the Russian Federation). ~$30 altogether, plus the control logic, which you can do with an arduino easily enough.
I reeeeally want one... For the aesthetic as well as the fun of making it 👌👌👌
