I have the Anova Precision Cooker, it is probably the most used appliance in my kitchen, maybe neck and neck with my Vitamix. This thing has revolutionized the way I cook. It makes cooking steak, chicken, turkey, veggies, fruits, etc the most convenient thing ever. All the meat I bring home from the grocery store gets seasoned and vacuum sealed before put in the freezer, when I l'm ready to cook I prepare the Anova Precision Cooker at the perfect temp then I throw in the frozen meat, i come back hours later and it is ready but it is more delicious than i could ever explain...this is the next wave, you have to buy at least one...I'm getting three.
