I've been looking to add a Sous Vide Cooker to my kitchen for years but they were so boxy and took up so much counter space I just couldn't pull the trigger. These new drop into a pot and plug in are just the trick. Just bought from Amazon the Gourmia GSV130. Happy, happy, happy, Great device. Got it on a lighting deal for $89.99.
