Should be an easy choice--the bowl-lift Kitchen Aid is far more powerful than the tilt-head. It has a max engine wattage of 575W, whereas the tilt-head only gets up to 325W.
It's much better for thick batters or bread dough!
For stand mixers the only real option is the 600 in this poll, the issue with the other two is they have enough torque to destroy their necks, they may still function but they won't be the same.
