IMO, the Node Pro (which isn't marketed as an eGPU enclosure intentionally), not to be confused with the Node listed here, beats every single one listed here. I looked through eGPU builds, reviews, specs, etc. EXTENSIVELY before investing in my setup and I couldn't find a better option. I'm running mine right now with a 2.5x width 1080 Ti and it's working perfectly. It has one of the highest wattage PSUs built in (though there are options for upgrading it) so you won't need to invest in an additional dedicated PSU for most cards out there. The reason it's marketed as an external PCI enclosure, rather than an eGPU enclosure is due to Intel's restrictions on what they allow in certified eGPU enclosures. By marketing it as an external PCI enclosure instead, they were able to add a second TB3 port for daisy chaining, as well as charging devices with up to 60W using USB-PD. Also, the poll should be trimmed a bit as a couple of the products listed are discontinued.

Why not add the Auros 1080 box as an option?
