Hate being in this community and not know how to even put a pc together.😭
how is a vega 56 winning? i know it has higher performance (higher relativ to current price) but it needs more power and hogs in the thermal region as it dose only come with one fan, which if i am to guess is a 140mm?
Why so many votes for xfx over sapphire? Sapphire is clearly better.
Why is there a 1080 ti in there? It says AMD not NVIDIA. Please remove.
hey can we also Ge the Rx Vega Frounteir Edition Water Cooler on the list

I thought it was possibly better because it uses HBC, 16 gigs instead of 8, 10 bit colours, Professional Software Drivers, ect. Also I think that the clock speed is higher and I personally like the colour scheme for the water cooled

It doesn't have professional certified drivers. Those are reserved for the Radeon Fire Pro line.
Can we get Sapphire to make an RX580 Nitro + 8gb Massdrop Edition? Make it the same as the Limited Edition just rename it? For around $250 or less? Please?
we need some 1080ti's again
Vega is just too expensive and uses too much power.. RX 580 8GB has more potential for better price drops and is a good all around card

Actually, vega arch is more better than polaris arch. Rx580 draw more wattages than 1070 and almost the same with 1080 in some test case. But it's performance even can't pass through 1070 except for mining purpose But Vega 56 can perform better than 1080 in some game and draw a little bit more wattages than 1080
yea thats why the 580s make more sense and they need to a good discount

Totally agree, Vega won't see much of a discount until after 2018 when there is a successor from AMD announced for official release. RX 580 is still the best value card. A drop would be great to avoid all the crypto price inflation.
before you buy vega, just be aware.. it's a workstation card more than a gaming card. It's way better than Nvidia for that but Nvidia still pulls way ahead in gaming for a better price. I would go with one of the other mass drops on a 1080 or 1080ti if you're looking to get a card for just gaming.

this makes no sense. "with some OC'ing" you compare a Overclocked and firmware modified gpu against a stock non-OC one.

It does if you try a little and understand that a stock 1080 is still a reliable performance baseline.
Regardless, the point is the Vega 56 can become an extremely capable card with a little free tinkering. (1070ti doesn't really beat it even OC'ed for example.) Given that I'm seeing it actually at the original MSRP on some sites now, it's become quite a good value proposition.
And I'm saying this as someone who is currently using a 1080ti in one system and a 1070 in another.
